The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
The Services are intended for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, use the Cosmic Fusion app, or attend any Live Event.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the 'Content'), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks'). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties worldwide.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services and download or print a copy of any portion of the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose.
Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.
Submissions: By directly sending us any question, comment, suggestion, idea, feedback, or other information about the Services, you agree to assign to us all intellectual property rights in such Submission.
Contributions: When you post Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast, store, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt, and exploit your Contributions for any purpose.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are at least 18 years of age; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation; and (8) where you are based in the UK or EU, you confirm that any consent provided for marketing communications is freely given, specific, and informed in accordance with UK GDPR.
Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Cosmic Fusion app. This applies to every part of the Services, including Cosmic Feed, Cosmic Threads, Ask the Cosmos, and all Live Events. This is a change from our previous minimum age.
Accounts belonging to under-18s: If you are under 18, you may not use the Services. Any account we identify or reasonably believe to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and the associated personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Age declaration and verification: You are required to provide your date of birth at registration. Your date of birth is also used to generate your astrological content, so it must be accurate. We may use age assurance or age estimation measures, and we may request government-issued photo ID or other proof of age at any time where we have reason to believe a user has misstated their age. Providing a false date of birth is a material breach of these Legal Terms and will result in immediate termination of your account without notice.
Account security: You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You may not share your account with, or allow it to be used by, any other person. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:
The Services invite you to create and share content, including through Cosmic Feed (posts, comments, and reactions), Cosmic Threads (direct messages between connected users), profile content, and any other interactive functionality we make available. All such content is a "Contribution". Any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, subject to Section 7.
Content standards: When you create or make available any Contribution, you represent and warrant that it is original to you or that you hold all necessary rights, is accurate, and does not violate any applicable law or any third-party right. You further agree that your Contributions will not contain, promote, facilitate, or link to:
We publish community guidelines within the app which sit alongside these Legal Terms and give further detail on what is and is not acceptable. Breach of those guidelines is a breach of these Legal Terms.
Zero-tolerance policy and binding agreement (EULA): By creating an account and by posting, sending, sharing, or otherwise making available any Contribution through Cosmic Feed, Cosmic Threads, your profile, or any other interactive feature, you enter into a binding end-user licence agreement with us and agree to be bound by these content standards, by the Mobile Application Licence in Section 8, and by our in-app community guidelines. We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and toward abusive, harassing, or predatory users: there is no tolerance for objectionable content or for abusive users on the Services. We may remove any Contribution and suspend or permanently terminate any account, at our sole discretion, with or without notice and without refund, for any breach. We aim to review reports of objectionable content and to remove offending content and eject the responsible users within 24 hours. Content moderation and enforcement are described in Section 24(d), and you can flag or report any content or user conduct at any time using the in-app tools described in Section 24(e) or by contacting us at hello@cosmicfusion.app.
By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services, you automatically grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and licence to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, publish, broadcast, store, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt, and distribute such Contributions for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise.
You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions.
Private messages sent through Cosmic Threads are not published by us to other users beyond the intended recipient, and we do not use the content of private messages for marketing or promotional purposes. We do process message content for safety, moderation, legal compliance, and service delivery purposes as described in Section 24 and in our Privacy Policy.
If you access the Services via the App, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application licence.
You shall not: decompile, reverse engineer, or decrypt the App; make modifications or derivative works; violate applicable laws; remove proprietary notices; use the App for revenue-generating endeavours; or use the App to send automated queries or unsolicited commercial email.
Apple and Android Devices: When you use the App obtained from the Apple Store or Google Play, the licence granted is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the application on a device utilizing the applicable operating system. Each App Distributor has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations, including through automated systems; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms, including referring matters to law enforcement; (3) refuse, restrict access to, remove, block, or disable any of your Contributions, with or without notice; (4) remove from the Services or disable all files and content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; (5) suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts; and (6) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights, our users, and our property.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. The Services are hosted in the United Kingdom.
The Services are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect or process the personal data of anyone under 18. If we become aware that we hold personal data belonging to a person under 18, we will delete it.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Services infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify us using the contact information provided below.
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICES TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY, OR COVENANT CONTAINED IN THESE LEGAL TERMS.
If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify the Services at any time or for any reason without notice to you.
These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of the United Kingdom, and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sales of Goods is expressly excluded. Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from the relationships between the Parties shall be determined by one arbitrator chosen in accordance with the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. The language of the proceedings shall be English.
Restrictions: Any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.
Exceptions to Arbitration: Disputes seeking to enforce or protect intellectual property rights, disputes related to allegations of theft or piracy, and claims for injunctive relief are not subject to binding arbitration.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence where applicable law requires.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT OUR MODERATION SYSTEMS WILL IDENTIFY OR REMOVE ALL PROHIBITED CONTENT, OR THAT ANY OTHER USER IS WHO THEY CLAIM TO BE.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Nothing in these Legal Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your Contributions; (2) use of the Services; (3) breach of these Legal Terms; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties; (5) your violation of the rights of a third party; or (6) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services.
By using the Cosmic Fusion app or website, you may be asked to provide personal information including your name, email address, gender identity, and date, time, and place of birth. This information is used to personalise your experience, generate astrological content, verify that you meet our minimum age requirement, and provide access to app and event features.
If you use Cosmic Feed or Cosmic Threads, you will also generate content and interaction data, including posts, comments, reactions, connection requests, messages, blocks, and reports. This data is processed to operate those features, to keep the community safe, and to comply with our legal obligations.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any data you provide. Cosmic Fusion does not accept any liability for content that is incorrect or incomplete due to inaccurate user data. Users may access, correct, or delete their personal information by contacting us as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You should not share sensitive personal information, financial details, home address, workplace, or other identifying information with other users through Cosmic Feed or Cosmic Threads. Anything you post to Cosmic Feed is visible to the wider community and may be screenshotted or shared by others outside our control.
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS.
If any complaint with us is not satisfactorily resolved, you can contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, California 95834 or by telephone at (800) 952-5210 or (916) 445-1254.
As we expand our operations to other US states, please note that additional state-level consumer and privacy protections may apply to you depending on your state of residence. States including Connecticut, Virginia, Oklahoma, and Washington impose additional consent and disclosure requirements in connection with marketing communications, including SMS. Where applicable, we will honour those rights and obligations in addition to any federal baseline requirements.
These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The Cosmic Fusion app includes interactive features which allow you to receive AI-generated content and to interact with other users. These are: (a) Ask the Cosmos, our AI service; (b) Cosmic Feed, our community feed; and (c) Cosmic Threads, our connection and messaging feature. All of these features are available only to users aged 18 and over. By using any of them, you agree to the terms in this Section 24, to our content standards in Section 6, and to our in-app community guidelines.
24(a). Ask the Cosmos (AI Service)
Ask the Cosmos generates responses automatically using artificial intelligence. Responses may be inaccurate,
incomplete, fictional, inappropriate, biased, or misleading. Content is not reviewed by a human before it is
shown to you.
AI content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not medical, legal, financial,
psychological, or professional advice of any kind, and must not be relied on as such. If you are struggling
with your mental health or are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or an appropriate support
service in your country. You use this feature at your own risk.
Your Ask the Cosmos queries may be logged and reviewed for safety, quality, and service improvement purposes as
set out in our Privacy Policy.
24(b). Cosmic Feed
Cosmic Feed is a community space within the app where users can share posts about their cosmic day, their
thoughts, reflections, and astrological experiences, and can comment on and react to posts by other
users.
Content posted to Cosmic Feed is visible to other users of the app. Do not post anything you would not be
comfortable with being seen publicly, saved, or shared.
All Cosmic Feed content is subject to the content standards in Section 6 and to the moderation process in
Section 24(d). Content that our systems identify as violating those standards will be blocked and will not be
published.
Cosmic Feed content reflects the views of individual users and not those of Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd.
We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user post, comment, or claim, including any
astrological, wellbeing, relationship, or factual assertion made by another user.
We may, at our sole discretion, remove content, limit the distribution of content, restrict your ability to
post, or remove Cosmic Feed access from your account.
24(c). Cosmic Threads
Cosmic Threads allows users of the app to connect and message one another. It is open to all app users aged 18
and over and is not limited to users who have met at a Live Event.
How connections work: You may send a connection request to another user. That user must
accept your request before either of you can exchange messages. A connection request that is not accepted does
not create a chat.
Unmatching and blocking: You may unmatch from, or block, any other user at any time, for any
reason or none. Unmatching ends the ability to message. Blocking prevents further contact and hides your
profile from that user. You are never required to give a reason, and you are never required to respond to any
message.
Your safety and conduct: Cosmic Threads is a private messaging feature. Messages are subject
to automated safety moderation as described in Section 24(d), but we do not pre-screen or read all messages,
and we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, age, or truthfulness of any other user. You interact with
other users at your own risk.
You agree not to use Cosmic Threads to harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse another user; to send or request
sexual, explicit, or non-consensual content; to send unsolicited sexual images; to impersonate another person;
to solicit money, gifts, investment, cryptocurrency, or financial or payment information; to advertise or
promote goods or services; or to pressure any user into sharing personal information, moving to another
platform, or meeting in person.
Meeting in person: We do not conduct background checks or identity verification on users. If
you choose to meet another user in person, you do so entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend meeting
in a public place, telling someone you trust where you are going and who you are meeting, arranging your own
transport, and leaving at any point you feel uncomfortable. Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd accepts no
responsibility for any interaction, meeting, loss, injury, or dispute arising between users.
24(d). Content Moderation and Enforcement
Automated moderation: Content submitted to Cosmic Feed and Cosmic Threads is screened by
automated systems, including artificial intelligence, before or immediately upon submission. Content
identified as violating these Legal Terms, our content standards, or our community guidelines will be blocked
and will not be delivered or published. This screening happens automatically and without prior notice to
you.
Human moderation: Our team also reviews content, including content that has been reported by
users, content flagged by our automated systems, and content selected for proactive review. Our moderators may
remove content and take action against accounts.
Limitations: Automated moderation is not perfect. It may fail to detect content that violates
our standards, and it may occasionally block content that does not. We do not warrant that all prohibited
content will be identified, blocked, or removed, and we do not accept liability for content that our systems
do not catch. The absence of moderation action does not constitute endorsement or approval of any
content.
Enforcement: Depending on the severity and frequency of a breach, we may issue a warning,
remove or block content, restrict access to features, suspend your account, or permanently terminate your
account and ban you from the Services. We aim to review reported content and act on it — including by
removing offending content and removing or banning the responsible user — within 24 hours of a report. Serious
breaches, including any breach relating to child safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats of
violence, or fraud, will result in immediate permanent termination without warning and may be reported to law
enforcement and to relevant safeguarding bodies. We may preserve and disclose content, account data, and
message records where we are legally required to do so or where we consider it necessary to protect the
safety of a user or the public.
Appeals: If content of yours has been blocked or removed, or if action has been taken against
your account, and you believe this was an error, you may request a human review by contacting
hello@cosmicfusion.app. Where a decision affecting your account has
been made by automated means, you have the right to request that it be reviewed by a member of our team. We
will respond within a reasonable period.
24(e). Reporting and Support
Every post, comment, profile, and message can be reported within the app. Please report anything that concerns
you, including behaviour that does not obviously breach a rule but makes you uncomfortable. Reports can be made
anonymously and the reported user is not told who reported them.
If you believe a user is under 18 or is misrepresenting their age, please report it immediately in the app or
email hello@cosmicfusion.app. We treat these reports as a priority
and will act on them promptly.
If you believe someone is at immediate risk of harm, contact the police on 999 in the UK or 911 in the US.
We value your trust and are committed to being transparent about how we handle your data. While we currently do not sell or share personal user data with third parties for direct financial gain, we may, in the future, share certain types of user data with trusted third parties for purposes such as enhancing our services, conducting market research, analytics, or product development, and delivering personalized advertising or promotional content.
If our practices regarding the sale or sharing of user data change, we will notify you and provide you with options to manage your data preferences. You may opt out of future data sharing by contacting us at hello@cosmicfusion.app or through the app's privacy settings.
We use third-party service providers to deliver moderation, hosting, analytics, and messaging functionality. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations consistent with UK GDPR.
Marketing Communications (UK and EU): We use Klaviyo, a third-party email and SMS marketing platform, to send you communications about our services and events. Klaviyo acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes your personal data in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection law, including UK GDPR. Klaviyo's processing is governed by a Data Processing Addendum incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event, or signing up through our platforms, you agree to receive occasional marketing emails and event updates from Love at First Sign and Cosmic Universe. Your consent is recorded at the point of sign-up and you may withdraw it at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at hello@loveatfirstsign.co.uk. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before withdrawal.
Marketing Communications (US): For US attendees and subscribers, marketing email is governed by the CAN-SPAM Act. All commercial emails include a clear unsubscribe mechanism and our physical mailing address. SMS marketing to US numbers is sent only with prior express written consent specific to Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent to receive marketing SMS is separate from consent to receive transactional event communications. Under updated FCC rules effective January 2025, you may withdraw your consent to receive marketing SMS at any time by any reasonable method, including by replying STOP, by emailing hello@loveatfirstsign.co.uk, or by contacting us through any other reasonable means. Opt-out requests will be honoured within 10 business days.
Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd operates live events under the brand Love at First Sign ("Live Events") as part of the Cosmic Universe ecosystem. Attendance and participation in these events are subject to the following additional terms and conditions.
26(a). Eligibility and Entry Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to attend Live Events. We reserve the right to verify age and may request
government-issued photo ID upon entry. Failure to produce valid ID will result in denied admission without
refund.
Entry is also subject to venue-specific requirements, including ID checks and dress codes. If you are refused
entry by the venue or fail to meet their conditions, no refund or credit will be issued.
Late arrivals may be denied entry once the event has started. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before
the scheduled start time.
26(b). Use of the App During Events
During Live Events, the Cosmic Fusion app may be used to facilitate matchmaking, check-ins, or social features.
By attending and/or using the app at an event, you agree to comply with these Terms and any event-specific
instructions communicated on-site.
Personal data provided through the app (e.g., birth details, profile preferences) will be used in accordance
with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data submitted.
26(c). Event Code of Conduct
All attendees must behave respectfully, responsibly, and inclusively toward others. We enforce a zero-tolerance
policy for harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behaviour.
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and potential bans from future events, and may also
result in suspension or termination of your Cosmic Fusion app account.
Consumption of alcohol is at your own discretion and risk. Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd accepts no
responsibility for actions or consequences resulting from alcohol consumption.
26(d). Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that attendance at a Live Event is voluntary and may involve personal interaction, physical
movement, or potential exposure to illness, including but not limited to COVID-19 or other communicable
conditions.
You attend at your own risk and agree to comply with all health and safety protocols, venue rules, and any legal
requirements.
By attending, you voluntarily release and hold harmless Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd, its directors, staff,
affiliates, and venue partners from any claims or liabilities arising from injury, illness, property loss, or
any other harm in connection with your attendance.

26(f). Event SMS and Email Notifications
By purchasing a ticket and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS (and/or equivalent
messaging, e.g., WhatsApp) from Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd containing important information about your
event. These communications are sent via Klaviyo, our third-party messaging platform, which processes your
contact data as a data processor under a Data Processing Addendum in compliance with UK GDPR. Service messages
may include: booking confirmations, tickets/QR codes, reminders, check-in instructions, schedule or venue
changes, safety notices, postponements/cancellations, and rebooking options.
26(g). Pricing and Availability
26(h). Promotional Use and Media Consent
By attending a Live Event, you grant Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide,
perpetual license to use any photographs, video, or audio recordings in which you may appear for promotional,
advertising, or informational purposes across all media formats.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify event staff upon arrival and we will make reasonable
efforts to accommodate your request. While we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from captured footage,
we cannot guarantee full exclusion from wide-angle crowd shots or incidental background recordings.
26(i). Event Outcomes and Disclaimer

We do not conduct background checks on attendees. All participants are responsible for using personal judgment
when interacting with others during and after the event.
Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damages, or disputes resulting from attendee
interactions.

We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions resulting from causes beyond our reasonable
control, including but not limited to:

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd is not liable for any
loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the event. Keep valuables with you at all times.
26(l). Legal Jurisdiction and Expansion
These terms are governed by UK law for all events held within the United Kingdom. For events held in the United
States, the following additional regulations apply: The CAN-SPAM Act governs commercial email communications;
the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable FCC rules govern SMS and automated marketing
messages. For US attendees, we obtain prior express written consent before sending any marketing SMS, and
consent is recorded as specific to Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd in compliance with FCC rules effective
January 2025. You may opt out at any time by any reasonable method, and opt-out requests will be honoured
within 10 business days. For events held in other jurisdictions, the applicable local laws of that jurisdiction
will apply, including local consumer protection laws.
