By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor, or if a minor, you have received parental permission; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

By posting your Contributions to any part of the Services, you automatically grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and licence to host, use, copy, reproduce, disclose, sell, publish, broadcast, store, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, transmit, excerpt, and distribute such Contributions for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise.
You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions.
If you access the Services via the App, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this mobile application licence.
You shall not: decompile, reverse engineer, or decrypt the App; make modifications or derivative works; violate applicable laws; remove proprietary notices; use the App for revenue-generating endeavours; or use the App to send automated queries or unsolicited commercial email.
Apple and Android Devices: When you use the App obtained from the Apple Store or Google Play, the licence granted is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the application on a device utilizing the applicable operating system. Each App Distributor has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms; (3) refuse, restrict access to, or disable any of your Contributions; (4) remove from the Services or disable all files and content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. The Services are hosted in the United Kingdom.

These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of the United Kingdom, and the use of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sales of Goods is expressly excluded. Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from the relationships between the Parties shall be determined by one arbitrator chosen in accordance with the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom. The language of the proceedings shall be English.
Restrictions: Any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.
Exceptions to Arbitration: Disputes seeking to enforce or protect intellectual property rights, disputes related to allegations of theft or piracy, and claims for injunctive relief are not subject to binding arbitration.
There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your Contributions; (2) use of the Services; (3) breach of these Legal Terms; (4) any breach of your representations and warranties; (5) your violation of the rights of a third party; or (6) any overt harmful act toward any other user of the Services.
By using the Cosmic Fusion app or website, you may be asked to provide personal information including your name, email address, gender identity, and date, time, and place of birth. This information is used solely to personalise your experience, generate astrological content, and provide access to app and event features.
You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of any data you provide. Cosmic Fusion does not accept any liability for content that is incorrect or incomplete due to inaccurate user data. Users may access, correct, or delete their personal information by contacting us as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. If any provision of these Legal Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
The Live Chat Service includes: (a) Live Chat AI Service ("Ask the Cosmos"), and (b) Live Chat With Users. By using either feature, you agree to the following terms.
24(a). Live Chat AI Service ("Ask the Cosmos"): AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, fictional, inappropriate, biased, or misleading. Content is not reviewed by humans. AI content is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind. You use this feature at your own risk.
24(b). Live Chat With Users: This feature allows communication between users who have mutually matched. Cosmic Universe does not monitor or pre-screen messages and is not responsible for user behaviour or content. You interact with other users at your own risk. You agree not to harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse other users; send or request illegal, explicit, or non-consensual content; impersonate others; solicit money; or attempt to obtain personal information from users.
We value your trust and are committed to being transparent about how we handle your data. While we currently do not sell or share personal user data with third parties for direct financial gain, we may, in the future, share certain types of user data with trusted third parties for purposes such as enhancing our services, conducting market research, analytics, or product development, and delivering personalized advertising or promotional content.
If our practices regarding the sale or sharing of user data change, we will notify you and provide you with options to manage your data preferences. You may opt out of future data sharing by contacting us at hello@cosmicfusion.app or through the app's privacy settings.
Marketing Communications: By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, you agree to receive occasional marketing emails and event updates from Love at First Sign and Cosmic Universe. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link provided in our emails.
Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd operates live events under the brand Love at First Sign ("Live Events") as part of the Cosmic Universe ecosystem. Attendance and participation in these events are subject to the following additional terms and conditions.
a. Eligibility and Entry Requirements
You must be 18 years or older to attend Live Events. We reserve the right to verify age and may request
government-issued photo ID upon entry. Failure to produce valid ID will result in denied admission without
refund.
Entry is also subject to venue-specific requirements, including ID checks and dress codes. If you are refused
entry by the venue or fail to meet their conditions, no refund or credit will be issued.
Late arrivals may be denied entry once the event has started. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before
the scheduled start time.
b. Use of the App During Events
During Live Events, the Cosmic Fusion app may be used to facilitate matchmaking, check-ins, or social features.
By attending and/or using the app at an event, you agree to comply with these Terms and any event-specific
instructions communicated on-site.
Personal data provided through the app (e.g., birth details, profile preferences) will be used in accordance
with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data submitted.
c. Event Code of Conduct
All attendees must behave respectfully, responsibly, and inclusively toward others. We enforce a zero-tolerance
policy for harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behaviour.
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and potential bans from future events.
Consumption of alcohol is at your own discretion and risk. Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd accepts no
responsibility for actions or consequences resulting from alcohol consumption.
d. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that attendance at a Live Event is voluntary and may involve personal interaction, physical
movement, or potential exposure to illness, including but not limited to COVID-19 or other communicable
conditions.
You attend at your own risk and agree to comply with all health and safety protocols, venue rules, and any legal
requirements.
By attending, you voluntarily release and hold harmless Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd, its directors, staff,
affiliates, and venue partners from any claims or liabilities arising from injury, illness, property loss, or
any other harm in connection with your attendance.

By purchasing a ticket and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS (and/or equivalent
messaging, e.g., WhatsApp) from Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd containing important, non-marketing information
about your event. These service messages may include, for example: booking confirmations, tickets/QR codes,
reminders, check-in instructions, schedule or venue changes, safety notices, postponements/cancellations, and
rebooking options.

By attending a Live Event, you grant Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide,
perpetual license to use any photographs, video, or audio recordings in which you may appear for promotional,
advertising, or informational purposes across all media formats.
If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify event staff upon arrival and we will make reasonable
efforts to accommodate your request. While we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from captured footage,
we cannot guarantee full exclusion from wide-angle crowd shots or incidental background recordings.
i. Event Outcomes and Disclaimer
While we aim to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, we do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or
specific outcomes at any Live Event.
We do not conduct background checks on attendees. All participants are responsible for using personal judgment
when interacting with others during and after the event.
Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd is not responsible for any loss, damages, or disputes resulting from attendee
interactions.
j. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions resulting from causes beyond our reasonable
control, including but not limited to:

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Cosmic Universe Enterprises Ltd is not liable for any
loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the event. Keep valuables with you at all times.
l. Legal Jurisdiction and Expansion
These terms are governed by UK law for all events held within the United Kingdom. For any future events held in
the United States or other jurisdictions, the applicable local laws of that jurisdiction will apply, including
local consumer protection laws.
